"When things start moving around, I'd just like to be able to say
that we had pretty faces and kissing places
at least while it lasted."
What is in quotations is pretty much my entire bio as of sometime in 2007. I'm not sure where it came from, or what it's directed towards, but I felt like keeping it.
I didn't really list ALL of my interests. Some of them are old, some are new. Might change it again.
My name is Kevin Haralson. I'm 20, and married to a wonderful, strong woman. And I am very happy with her. I don't think I need to say I'm complicated, since almost all of us are, but there you go, I sort of did. I used to have a few posts on this LJ from a couple of years back but deleted them because I couldn't stand how I used to talk about certain things. I'm starting over new. More mature. Less naive.
Even though I'm not as active as I would like to be, I'm an artist and a writer. I haven't made anything in a long time. I want to change that. I also study and practice shamanism. I also am learning how to use tarot cards. Don't get the idea that I'm your average new age nutcase, though. I spent most of my life spiritually dead, drifting aimlessly from a "United Methodist Christian" (whatever that actually means) to an agnostic, to a gnostic, to Zen, to a Taoist, to a Discordian. But I wouldn't stop there. I might never settle on what I am. I think I know why, and I'll write more about that in a journal post, probably.
I will be free.
